Shipping Policy
Delivery times indicated apply once the order has shipped.
Available shipping methods include DHL Express or Colissimo (standard) or both. Regardless of the shipping method you will go for, a signature will be required at the delivery.
We can not ship in the following countries due to local regulations on cryptographic devices:
Iran / North Korea / Pakistan / Ukraine (Crimea / Sebastopol)
Refund Policy
-Never return your 24-words
-Please keep in mind you have 14 days after the delivery to return your parcel. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept the return.
We also warn you that the shipping fees for a return won't be refunded.
- Procedure of a return/refund within the 14 days
-You have to contact our support to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
-Your order invoice must be included in your return, with the mention "RETURN / REFUND" and the RMA number written on it.
-Our support will provide the return address.
-Your order will be refunded as soon as we will receive your parcel.
-You have 14 days to return your parcel after the reception of the RMA number.
